Information for Clients

• All services are booked thru Zen-Fit Rehab Studios Nanny/Babysitting  Coordinator. All Nannies are screened and must have CPR Certification.

• All nannies and babysitters will be screened by first the Zen-Fit Coordinator , then interviewed by the clients, especially for Nanny Service, babysitter will have profiles to view and then can be selected by the clients themselves, the coordinator will review the sitter and then have them contacted for scheduling.

• Fees for booking are 15.00. Late Cancellations are 20.00  All Nannies are 15.00hr for a family.  All Sitters are $10.00hr , if paid HRA , then nannies are paid based on HRA Fees

• All payments will be made thru Zen-Fit Rehab Studio thru the coordinator. Payments including tips can be made via cash, credit card, debit card. If families have vouchers thru HRA can bring their forms to the coordinator and have them filled out.

• If Client decides to give personal gifts based on holidays, birthdays, special occasions, etc are allowed at Clients discretion.

• Clients can change services at anytime but we ask the client to give us 2 weeks to find a new nanny/sitter.
